Pricing is based on your dog’s weight, breed, specific service requests, and the amount of grooming needed. We’ll provide an estimated cost when we follow up to confirm your appointment.

Drop-off is typically between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but times may vary depending on the day and your groomer. We'll confirm your specific drop-off window ahead of time. Dogs are taken first come, first serve during the window - you'll be notified as soon as your dog is ready for pick-up.

In case your preferred date is unavailable, please share any alternate dates that would also work for you.

Matting happens when a dog’s fur gets a bit tangled or clumped together, which is totally normal—especially for longer coats. Some matting may require a little extra time or special attention during grooming. Letting us know in advance helps us prepare and keep your pup as comfortable as possible during their visit.

Please share any special notes, requests, or questions you may have (ex: your dog doesn’t need a bath, has specific grooming needs, or requires extra care during their appointment). This helps us ensure the best possible experience for you and your pup!
